Sarah is responsible for creating new digital initiatives and partnerships for the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC). In 2016 she won the Creative Industries Council Cross Industry Collaboration Award which recognises influential and innovative people in Britain’s creative sectors.
Sarah brings together digital technology, interactivity, live theatrical performance and has a great talent for developing cross sector collaborations. In 2013 she worked on the Midsummer Night’s Dreaming project - a collaboration with Google’s Creative Lab that explored the performance of the play in real-time live and online. The RSC’s current production of The Tempest, produced in collaboration with Intel and in association with The Imaginarium Studios features cutting edge live performance capture to create an animated versions of one of the characters live on stage.
