PASSENGER CAR 425 - SJT Young People's Board

'Project Liberty. The last safe space in Britain. A facility reserved for the elite of the elite, in a world ruined by wars, famine, and abject poverty...

To get in all you need to do is pass their in-house reality show, 'The Project Liberty Intake Extravaganza'. But when you have the deciding vote on whether someone is let in or turned away, what do you do?'

Passenger Car 425 is an exciting new piece of interactive theatre, the latest in a line of productions created as part of a Masters in Research led by Liam Watt Pattison, a Scarborough born professional playwright. These shows are created with the explicit focus of creating narratives that change depending on how the audience interacts with the story, a literal 'choose your own adventure play'. So when a vote is called in the production, how the show progresses depends on how the audience votes in real-time without any external interference. A show that's literally what you make of it, and not one to be missed.

Participation in this show requires a Facebook account and a phone that can access the internet, but participation is optional.

A SHADOW OF GRACE

A Shadow of Grace follows an individual as she explores the recesses of her unconscious mind. It is a journey, from her darkest slumbering thoughts, through to her dreams and aspirations. A duet between her and her potential selves. What am I? And what will I become? The performance is an abstract dance piece illuminated through motion tracking projection technology. First performed as part of BBC Academies Space Day Hull 2017.
